The St. Elizabeth Circle is comprised of women who do professional and philanthropic work in the Wichita community. These remarkable women live out The Treehouse mission – sharing God’s love, forming genuine personal connections and loving fearlessly.

Like St. Elizabeth, these women understand how the power of friendship can positively impact someone’s life. St. Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist, plays an incredible role in the earliest months of the earthly life of Christ. Upon learning that she was expecting the birth of Jesus, Mary visited Elizabeth. Luke’s Gospel tells us that Elizabeth rejoiced with Mary, celebrating the holy lives growing within each of them. In the Orthodox church, the beauty of the visitation is depicted in this icon.

Those who support the Treehouse walk alongside our Treehouse moms, rejoicing with them and providing emotional, spiritual and financial assistance as they await the birth of their child. During this crucial time, our supporters provide encouragement to moms as they learn and grow as parents, and continue to provide a community as the babies grow into toddlers and preschoolers. Nominations are accepted year-round, with honorees awarded on a quarterly basis. All honorees will be celebrated at a yearly Friendship Brunch.
